CANCELLATIONS: Out of respect for our staff, we kindly request that service guests provide at least 48 hour notice for appointment cancelations or changes. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will be charged 50% of the service price. However, we do understand things happen and we will kindly apply the 50% as a deposit towards your next service if you rebook when canceling.
SERVICE REFUNDS &REDOS: If you are not satisfied with your service at Zinke Hair Studio, we want the chance to make it right. Requests for redos of any service must be reported within two weeks of the original appointment. Our Guest Care team will work with you to find the next available opening with your stylist so we can make sure you leave our salon feeling confident and cared for.
PRODUCT EXCHANGES AND RETURNS: Returns on products must be within 14 days of the purchase date.
